GENERAL
- Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am.
- Cheques will not be accepted.
- Pets allowed under certain conditions – please make arrangements with management at the time of booking.
- Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
RATES
- Rates are for two adults per night.
EXTRA GUESTS & CHILDREN
- All additional guests are charged extra per night, however children under 2 years old may stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- Children’s cots are free of charge, if available.
- Any extra bed is to be confirmed by management.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Victorian Parks)
- Where bookings are cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date, the booking will be refunded, less the first night’s accommodation.
- Where bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the booking will be refunded, less the first night’s accommodation, or an amount equalling 25% of the total accommodation, whichever is the greater.
- Bookings can be moved without penalty (dependent on revised booking period), if given at least 14 days notice.
- The same cancellation requirements as indicated above apply to group bookings (two or more on-site accommodation bookings), however 30 days’ notice must be given in this case.
- No refunds are given for no show or early departures or cancellations once arrived.
